Future Link for Technology (FTC), established in 2004, is a leading telecom service provider and system integrator of high-end Low Current solutions, headquartered in Riyadh and covering the main regions of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia through main service centers in (Jeddah, Khobar, Madinah & Abha).
FTC provides complete solution includes (Survey, Design, Engineering, Supply, Installation, Test, Commission, Training and after sale service) which effectively portrays us as a one-stop solution provider in the field of security, safety, control and communication systems to our customers; for any different by size and function projects like: (industrial, governmental, residential, health and educational).
FTC success is driven by its team which consists of professional, fully qualified and manufacturer trained and certified engineers. They are required to keep abreast of the latest technology available by attending continuous training in their areas of specialization in order to provide the most up-to-date information to all customers of our solutions

  •    Consulting:
    • We take your ideas and requirements and apply our wide range of application experience and technical competence to produce conceptual design and indicative costing.
    • Our customers have benefited from our recommendations, achieving the most efficient solution and avoiding unnecessary time delays and unplanned costs.     
  • Survey, Design & Engineering:
    • Using the analysis from the consultation phase and information that you may provide, the design phase selects the most suitable equipment and provides detailed drawings and technical specification.
    • Our team experienced in all aspects of detailed engineering design and is capable of developing all of the documentation and drawings necessary for implementation of small and large systems.
    • We can help you define the optimum solution for your needs, related to supply, operational issues and running cost. We can test your existing system and recommend improvements, give advice on upgrading or help you plan a whole new system.                
  •  Supply:
    • Officially, we are an authorized system integrator of different high quality and international reputed brands by system’s manufacturers.
    • This variety in business partners gives us the flexibility in meeting different market demands and different customers’ requirements.               
  • Installation, testing, commissioning & integration:
    • This is the most important stage of a project, we provide high quality installation and commissioning services, preceded by good preparation minimizing the risk of unplanned delays and extra cost as well as maintaining optimum site safety.
    • We are experienced with system installation & configuration of Low Current & Telecom solutions, using high skilled and trained engineers, which insure achieving the project and customer objectives.
    • We are specialized in bringing components and subsystems together from various manufacturers to deliver an optimized integrated and cost-effective solution.
    • We are familiar with the specific site safety and work permit requirements of the senior corporations in the region.             
  • Project management & supervision:
    •  At the beginning of any project, a qualified project manager will be assigned, providing you with a single point of contact, which is responsible for project execution that includes all technical and commercial matters and ranges from order acceptance to project handover.
    • Our project manager will develop a project execution plan; which includes project goals & objectives, organization chart and project timeline. This plan followed by comprehensive site supervision to insure that the quality and progress of the project is to the agreed standards.
  • After sale service:
    • After your project has been successfully implemented, we provide faster and better high level of maintenance and technical support services that delight our customers based on the defined SLA; through our specialist engineers that trained officially and certified by manufacturers to interact with all levels of support needed and to decrease in downtime of the problem until it is solved.
    • Training: conducted by qualified engineers including basics, operation, data entry, programing and maintenance; delivered either in house or at the customer’s premises.

  • Maintenance:
    provided as a free of charge for 1-year from date of delivery.

  • Warranty: extended to our client a 1-year return-to-base guarantee on all equipment from date of delivery. 

  • Preventive maintenance:
    planned as a free of charge for 1-year periodically preventive maintenance to serve, test and clean the entire system.

  • Spare parts:
    stored in our warehouses for critical components, but it is recommended that each client purchases its own package of spare parts to be kept on site.
